LaserSharp FlexPak Services, LLC delivers laser scoring process with controlled score depth for easy-open packaging that allows for easy tear propagation of film without affecting the barrier properties of your package.  Because of our precise registration to print, our laser scoring process does not affect the aesthetic appearance of the package. Laser scored features can be applied in both machine and transverse directions. Special shaped features can be designed and laser scored into your package resulting in improved customer satisfaction and product safety.

The laser scoring process has enabled applications for microwave steam release features, venting, marking, brand identification, and anti counterfeit packages and has been proven for re sealable, retort, and pourable packaging.
